The transfer was good, we were picked up on time and the driver was very nice. We did find that there was a long stop break when we arrived in Rio Dulce, although having stop was nice, this seemed to add a long extra time to an already long trip. Also, the shuttle was very hot at times, understandably, but it does state on your website that the shuttles are air coned.

The nightbus was freezing, just uncomfortable and most of all freezing without any reason. Once in Guatemala City there was a mistake and the shuttle didn’t take us on. We had to call and ask the emergency number, after 2 hours a driver came to bring us to Antigua finally. So finally the error has been solved.
