The travel should be 3.5 hours and it took 5 hours. But the most thing is that the driver was very disrespectul, he did not help me a put my lugage a the top of the van and after he was laughing about me. I will never travel again with you and I will put a comment on tripadvisor a alert people.

I would have liked a know where the pick up was. There were some vans picking people up in front of the ferry and others were getting people at the parking lot inside the gate. At first no one knew the pick up location until the man at the info booth inside the gate told me the location. Why is it that you wouldn't have the name of your business somewhere on the van?

The bus was scheduled for 11:00 but they said ot could be as late as 11:30. It actually came at 11:40. I was a little cunclear on exactly where a catch the bus and I had a call the company a few times before someone answered. It took much more than the advertised amount of time a reach our destination. The drivers were friendly and the bus was comfortable.
